In the first edition of Kunst op de Koffie (exhibitions in living rooms in 2011), 9 artists were invited to work in and for a location. Carel Lanters stayed several days in the Turkish coffeeshop Dostlar, shaping bowls in clay. Still soft, he positioned the clay-bowls in different places in the room, by which the objects took the shape of a specific location.
